the preparation process is really very simple and easy. Now let's know how to prepare home-made Pav Bhaji masala. Just add the vegetables and put it in the pressure cooker and cook it well. Then you can remove the vegetables and just smash it into coarse paste.
In a pan just add little butter cube, green chilli pieces, onions finely chopped, tomatoes finely chopped. Let it cook well and the onions and tomatoes just disappear in it. Now you can add Pav Bhaji masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and vegetables into it. Now close the pan with the lid and let it cook for 15 min. Now you can find the excellent smell coming out of that. Now you can add the remaining butter and just wait for two more minutes. Just squeeze out one lemon into it. Now you can garnish it with coriander and the Pav Bhaji masala is ready.
Preparation Method of Pav Bhaji Bread:
just take a frying pan and switch of the flame, just add Butter cube, when it gets melted up, at that time you can place the Pav Bhaji bread on it. Just let on the other side and toast it. Now this Pav Bhaji bread has been toasted.

Ingredients:

  • oil,

  • 1 cup cornflour,

Preparation Method of Gobi Manchurian:
take about, but some cauliflower into it and at the other ingredients such as cornflour, pepper powder, chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, salt,  water. Mix them well and let it soak for one hour. Now you can deep fry it  in the oil.
Now just taken nonstick pan, put 2 to 3 tablespoon of oil. Now you can add the cumin seeds and let it crackle. Now you can add onions and let it become transparent. Now it's the time to add the other ingredients like ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli, pepper powder, soya sauce, Ajinomoto, salt, chilli paste. Now just drop the cauliflower Manchurian into it. And mix it well until this masala gets coated on it. This will give you a dry Gobi manchurian.
If you want to prepare wet Gobi manchurian, then you must at the ingredients like water, soya sauce, cornflour. This wet Gobi manchurian  will be having the so where you can enjoy it with naan or paratha.

Today I'm going to tell about the best way to prepare rava idli. In fact, they are various methods for preparing this rava idly. If you want to know about the best method from which you can able to get a perfect fragmentation for the idli batter then you must follow this wonderful procedure. Now let's know about the process how to prepare and soft rava idli.
Ingredients for soft rava idli:
1 cup urad dal,
2 cup idli rava,
half tbs fenugreek seeds,
handful of cooked rice.
Salt to taste
Preparation method of rava idli:
The preparation method is really very simple and easy. You can prepare the batter just within 15 min.
If you're using grinder for preparing the better then you can use the ordinary water but if you choose mixer then you can use the cold water which will help you in getting the softer rava idli.
Before getting into the procedure, you need to soak urad dal for the whole night, because when it soaks will you can able to grind it very easily and quickly. Next morning, you just soak the idli rava for four hour. If you wash the idli rava for 4 to 5 times then you can get white idli.
Now just grind the soaked urad dal and fenugreek seeds and take it into a bowel. See that the mixture won't be much quicker or much thinner. It must be in medium consistency. Just take one handful of idli rava and cooked rice into the mixer and grind it well. Now you can drop it into the bowel. Next add the remaining idli rava into the bowel directly. Now you can add the salt to taste. And let it fragment whole night. If you're staying in the cool place then it will take 24 hours for fragmentation.
Next morning, you can able to find the double quantity of batter with air bubbles on it. Now you can just drop the batter into the idli pan and stream it.
You must serve this wonderful dish with  sambar and Coconut chutney.

Hyderabadi Tandoori Chicken

This will help in getting a nice layer of the top. Always use thick yougurd if not you are marination will become more liquid.
Now you need to cook this tandoori chicken in the oven. Firstly you need to prepare the bed for this tandoori with carrot or other vegetables. because the water will drop down and it won't disturb chicken.

  • 100 grams carrots
  • 250 grams curds
  • one small onions
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3 number gr chilli sliced
  • 1 tsp kala jeera
  • bunch of mint
  • oil
  • 50 grams paneer
  • 100 grams potatoes
  • 300 grams rice
  • taste salt
Preparation Method of Vegetable Biryani in Pressure Cooker:
To get a delicious tasting vegetable biryani, you must cook the vegetables at right consistency.
Let's take pan and add some oil into it. Now you can add the whole garam masala such as Cloves, cardamom stick and elachi. Just add jeera, ginger garlic paste and vegetables into it. Remember that the vegetables should be cut into bigger pieces because when you eat this wonderful biryani you can enjoy this vegetables which is really spicy. You can use the vegetables like carrot, cauliflower, peas and potatoes. Now you can spread little salt according to your taste. Now you must cook the vegetables until it is cooked will 70%. When it cooked you can observe the brownish colour on this vegetable. Now you can add mint leaves, green chilies, biryani masala powder. Now you can mix them well and it will get coated on the vegetables. Now just at half of the curd into this mixture and you can add the paneer now. Always use the bigger pan like nonstick so that it will help you in getting this vegetable coated are well.
Remember that the Basmati rice must be soaked in water minimum for one hour. Now put water on to boil, now you can add cloves jeera, elachi, salt  into it. It's the time to add the rice into it. Now cook the rice for 70% and just drink the water from it.
Now just place the vegetables which have been cooked on the bottom and put the remaining curd on the vegetables for the bottom portion. spread cashew nut and almond on it. Mix them well just a sprinkle the fried onions on the top. Now you can place the rice about it. And then again from vegetables and then again rice. Just a sprinkle the coriander leaves on the top. Just place fried bread on the top. Now, cover it with lid in the pressure cooker. Make sure that it won't get burned at the bottom so for that you can just place some oil and spread it all over the pressure cooker. You can off it for first whistle itself.

  • two tablespoon roasted peanuts,
  • one tablespoon urad Dal (minnapapu) ,
  • half tablespoon garam masala,
  • butter has required,
  • 3 cups of cooked rice
Preparation Method of Bellpepper Masala Rice:
Take a pan and dry roast the ingredients such as dry red chilly, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and urad dal. Dry roast means just roasted without adding any oil into it. Just cooked this in a medium flame until it gets a nice colour. You will get nice aroma when it is cooked well. Now you can add roasted ground nuts and Curry leaves. Now you can this mixture into the mixer and grind it into a coarse powder. Remember that it should not be a fine powder.
Take this mixture into a bowel and add very little amount of garam masala into it.
Now take a pan and put some butter now you can just fry the capsicum pieces into it.( You can cut those capsicum into tiny pieces or into medium pieces) it completely depends upon your wish and taste. Remember that when you cut this just remove the seeds which are present in the capsicum. Just add the salt to the capsicum pieces which is been frying in the stove. Add the course powder into the capsicum pieces. Let it fry for two more minutes. Now you can add the cooked rice. See that rice is individually separate so it will look better. Now you can just mix it up. Garnish it with coriander leaves and you can serve this wonderful dish to your family members.

Preparation methods of Vermicelli upma:
Take a non-stick pan, this will help you in preventing this bambino from sticking. Pour 3 tbs of oil into the pan, now you can add mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal, curry leaves, chilly pices, groundnuts and let them fry. Now add the vegetables which are chopped in fine pieces and let them cook. Now you can add 4 glasses of water into it. Always remember that you must add double quantity of water for the bambino that you prepare. Let the water come to a boil now you can add ginger garlic paste and salt as per taste. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Maida Al lpurpose flour
  • 1/2 cup atta
  • 1 number bell pepper
  • 1 number egg
  • 3 number tomatoes
  • as needed salt
  • 1 numberonion
  • 500 grams Chicken
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 springs coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • pinch turmeric
  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp chat masala
  • 1 number lemon juice
  • as needed water
  • 2 tbsp oil

Preparation method of Chicken Frankie and Veg Frankie:
take a bowel, add maida, atta, oil, water and make it into a soft dough. Now you can keep it aside for 15 to 20 min.
Now let's prepare the chicken for stuffing into the Frankie. Take pan add some oil, now you can add cumin seeds, crashed ginger and garlic paste, chopped onions, salt, turmeric, chopped tomatoes and bell pepper, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and little water. Now you can rest it for 5 min. Now you can roll it again and make it into a thin sheet. Now you can make chapati with it. Pour some oil on the parata and egg on it. The egg gets sticked up to it. Now you can stuff the chicken masala into it and just roll it. Now it is ready to serve the chicken Frankie which is really delicious to taste. Similarly you can prepare different kinds of Frankie's. If you add some vegetables then it becomes vegetable Frankie. Similarly if you're paneer then you can make paneer Frankie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 number grated coconut
  •  cashew nuts
  • 1 pinch hing Asafotida
  • 2 piece chopped green chilli
  • 1 chopped ginger
  • 1 chopped coriander
  • 1 springs Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 15 grams dhalia
  • 3 piece red chill
  • 1 pinch tamrind or lime
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
Preparation of Coconut Chutney:
now you can add cashew nut, roasted Chana Dal, chopped chilli, chopped coriander, tamarind, cumin seeds, chopped ginger, Coconut, salt and add some water in the mixer. Now you can blend it and take it into a bowl.

Ingredient:

  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 tbsp coconut pices
  • 3 number green chillis
  • 1 cup water
  • pinch of cooking soda
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger chopped
  • 1 cup of yoghurt(curd)
  • to taste salt
  • to fry oil
Preparation of Mysore Bonda:
for preparing this Mysore Bajji, firstly you need to prepare buttermilk. We need to add both curd and water. Mix them well
Now, you need to take maida which is also known as all-purpose flour. Mix rice flour, salt, cooking soda, buttermilk. Due to the cooking soda and buttermilk you can observe that the mixture will pop up. Let it soak for 10 min.
Now add cumin seeds, onions, green chilli, chopper ginger and chopper coconut. Now you can mix it well. If you wait for one hour then you can able to get the soft and smooth Mysore Bonda.
Take pan and let the oil get heated up, now you can get your hands and make ground balls of the doubt and cook it in a very low flame. When this becomes golden brown in colour you can remove from the flame. You can serve them with the coconut chutney.

We can say that is is one of the “tasty nutritious soup”. This Paya is famous and popular dish in Hyderabad and we can say that it is the Hyderabadi Nawabi Dish. It takes lots of time cook, so, you need to cook it in the Pressure Cooker. This dish is famous in Karnataka, tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh.
Ingredients:

  • 8 number Lamb Legs
  • 3 leaf bayleaf
  • 2 number CARDMOM SEEDS
  • 2 number Cinnamon
  • 2 number CLOVES
  • 3 big Green Chilles
  • 1 big ONION
  • 1 tbsp coconut powder freshly made
  • 1 bunch Corainder leaves
  • 1 tsp red chill powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • leaf Curry Leaves
  • pinch Turermic powder
  • pinch shah zeera
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • To Taste SALT
Preparation of Paya (or) Attu Kalu Soup:
Just take 2 tbs of oil in the pressure cooker and add cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, shah zeera, bay leaf, onions, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, green chillies and salt and mix it well. T this mixture you can add the feet of lamb. Now you can add water and close the cooker. Let it cook untill the legs are cooked softly and the meat as to come to out. It is so soft that it melts in the mouth. It takes 30 minutes to cook on low flame.
Now when it is cooked and now you can add coconut powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper powder, red chilli powder and mix it well. You can add water and cook it for 10 minutes. When this paya soup is ready the meat gets separated from the bones. Garnish it with coriander leaves and served with jowar ki roti, roomali roti and buns.
Paya (or) Attu Kalu Soup for Sick people or Patients:
If you are preparing this lamb goat leg soup for sick people or patients, don’t add to much of spices. just add water, pepper powder and salt and cook it well.

Aloo Gobhi or Alu Gobi Masala

The reason behind the popularity is due to the excellent combination of potato and cauliflower. It captured the juice flowing.
They are various kinds of versions available in this special dish. Now let's know about how to prepare the Aloo Gobhi in dry version.
Ingredients:

  • 1 cauliflower, 
  • 1 tbsp peas
  • 1 number onion
  • 4 number potatoes,
  • 3 number tomatoes, 
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 number green chilli
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 number green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp amchoor pdr
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • to taste salt
preparation of Aloo Gobhi:
now take chopped onions, tomatoes and green chilli, smashed them into fine paste. You can even add them directly but if you smashed them then you can get a sauce very easy and even tasty.
Take some oil into a pan, add some cumin seeds, hing, ginger garlic paste, smashed mixture, turmeric and let it come to a boil. If you cook it for 2 to 3 min on low flame then the onions and tomatoes get disappear into the sauce and oil ozzes is out of it.
In water just add coriander powder, chilli powder, amchoor pdr and mix them well. This amchoor pdr is added to a mixture because to get a kind of sourness.
Just add this water into the sauce, then add some salt, kasturi methi powder. Now you can add cauliflower and potato pieces into it and close it with the lid ( always put the potatoes in water when it is cutted into pieces because it gets dark due to oxidation). Sprinkle little water don’t add too much because we are going to prepare dry Aloo Gobhi.  Let it cook until the vegetables are cooked the well. Just sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves. Now you can switch of the flame and serve it to your beloved one. It goes well with naan, chapati, puri, biryani, roti.
If you add green peas to the Aloo Gobhi then it becomes “Aloo Gobhi Matar”.

Nimmakaya rava pulihora or Rava pulihora or Rice Rava or Biyyapu Rava

You might have heard about Nimmakaya rice or lemon rice. But today I'm going to tell about a different style of rice which is made up of pulihora which is made of rava and lemon. It is very easy to prepare and it would be a wonderful dish for your breakfast. This Nimmakaya rava pulihora has various names such as Rice Rava or Biyyapu Rava.
Ingredients:

  • 1/2cup Bengal gram,
  • 2 tablespoon ground nuts,
  • 6 green chilies,
  • 1tablespoon cumin seeds,
  • lemon small
  • price rava 250 gms
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds,
  • 2 tablespoon  urad Dal,
  • 1/2 fenugreek powder
  • Little Green chilli
  • 2 tablespoon dry red chilli,
  • 6 Curry leaves
  • pinch of  Asafoetide
  • 1/4 turmeric powder,
  • salt as taste
Preparation of Nimmakaya Rava Pulihora:
firstly you need to take pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil and let it is heated up. Add a little seasoning.  Now you can add two glass of water that is 500 ML. Now you can add salt to taste and let it boil while boiling you can add turmeric powder. Then you can add rawa and mix well. Just within 5 min it will get cooked . Then you can switch of this stove and close it with the lid. Meanwhile at the lemon and squeeze the juice into bowl.
Take one more pan and take two tablespoon of oil. Then you can add 2 tbsps urad dal , 2 tsps ground nuts,  1/2 cup bengal gram , 2 tbsps. dry red chilly, 1 cumin seeds, 1/2 ts. mustard seeds , 1/2 tsp. fenugreek powder , pinch asafetida,  little green chilies , 6 curry leaves and let it fry for 2 min.  now you can switch of the stove and remove it from the flame. This process is called as talimpu or tadka.
Now you can open the lid off rava, and transfer it into a bowel. When it cools down you can add the lemon juice and seasoning to rawa. Remember that, you must mix it well without any lumps. Garnish it with coriander leaves and you can serve it after half an hour. Tasty and sour nimmakaya ravva pulihora is ready to serve

Sabudana Upma

Today I'm going to tell about a dish which is really very healthy for your health. This dish is prepared by using the Sabudana, which is also called as Sago and saggubiyyam. Before preparing this dish, you need to soak this Sago for three hours. When you soak it, you can able to find the white coloured residue floating on the top. You can just rinse it away. For preparing this saggubiyyam upma, you need the ingredients has shown below:
Ingredients:

  • 3-4 number green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 springs curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup peanut powder
  • 1 number ONION
  • 1/2 tsp urad wash
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 cup sago
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Preparation of Sabudana Upma:
in a pan, take two tablespoon of oil and at mustard seeds, cumin seeds, half a tablespoon of urad dal and add sliced onion. Add salt, pinch of turmeric, green chilli pieces, Curry leaves. Don't fry onions too much, just fry them until it becomes transparent. Now you can add Sabudana and mix it thoroughly. Now the sabudana becomes transparent  then you can add  crushed peanuts and mix it well. Instead of being gravy, if it is forming lumps then this may be due to that you have not rinsed the sago properly. Close the lid for 3 minutes and now it is ready to serve. Before that you can garnish it with coriander leaves and lime juice. We can also called as pearls upma because the sago looks like pearls.
You can even prepare sabudana vada. i.e.., sago vada, saggubiyyam vada.

Spinach Ricotta Ravioli

I'm going to tell about the special Spinach Ricotta Ravioli dish which is made up of spinach. We all know that spinach is very healthy for your body. It won’t consist on any oil. So, it is very good for health. Getting this kind of oil free snack is really very rare.
Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper,
  • 1/2 freshly grated nutmeg.
  • 1 Bunch of spinach,
  • 1 cup ofcheese,
  • 1 clove garlic,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1/4 cup of parmesan, Romano or Asiago cheese,
  • 2 tbs Italian parsley, basil or mint
  • 1 tbs salt,
Preparation of Spinach Ricotta Ravioli:
Firstly, you need to prepare a basic pasta dough, coverage for 30 min and the meantime let's know how to make the filling’s for it.
Wash spinach in water and blanch it. Squeeze out the water from the spinach and let it dry. After that you can chop it into small pieces and place it in a bowl. Add finely minced garlic, grated cheese, along with the egg and seasonings. Mix the ingredients well and place it into refrigerator while you roll the pasta.
Divide the dough into equal parts and roll it into a sheet. When you roll it into a sheet, see that it won’t get dry. You can even cover it with a plastic wrap. Cut the rolled sheets into squares with the help of the pasta machine. Apply water on the edges of each square. Now you can place the one tablespoon of mixture on the center of the square. Place the other sheet over top. Press the edges and see that they are sealed well. After preparing this, you must be careful and say that it is cooked immediately or else plays into the refrigerator. You can even keep them for one month in freeze.
To go this ravioli, make sure that water is at boil and add little salt to it. Now you can turn down the heat slightly and say that it is at general boil. Now you can add the pasta and cook it will for 3 to 5 min. Drain the water and serve with your favorite tomato sauce or chili sauce.

Sweet Kuzhi Paniyaram without Paniyaram pan

Sweet Paniyaram is one of the popular snack items in India and it is served in evening. It will come in the category of Indian bread. Preparation of sweet Paniyaram:
in order to prepare this sweet Paniyaram, you need to add the same quantity of all three ingredients. Mix it and let it soak for more than 4 to 5 hours. Just add very little amount of water for making it into a batter. The batter must be thick enough so that it won't spreads when you pour it into the oil. You can even add banana and curd to it. It is an optional for you. This will help you in getting the smooth and soft Paniyaram. This is one of the traditional dishes. Most of the people use Paniyaram pan, for preparing it. But today I'm going to teach you “How to prepare Paniyaram without Paniyaram pan or Paniyaram Chati??”
If you want to prepare this sweet Paniyaram, instantly, then you need to add a pinch of cooking soda. By using this soda, you don't need to soak it for 4 to 5 hours. Now keep the pan on the stove and fill it with oil. Let it heat it up, now you can pour the batter into the oil. Make sure that the oil is on heat, because only it can give you the perfect shape to your Paniyaram. Now you can serve this Paniyaram to your children.

Besan Laddoo

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups gram flour (besan),

  • cashew nuts (chopped).

Preparation of Besan Laddu:
Take a kadhai, mix gram flour or besan and ghee over a low heat. You must stir well, to avoid lumps. When it is ready, it will appetizing a smell. Now, you can remove it from the flame and let it cool down. Add grinded sugar and nuts for garnishing. Now you can prepare small balls of the mixture. If you are unable to round it, then you can just sprinkle water on it. Now, you can prepare besan laddu very easily.

Dibba roti or Crispy Uttappam or Akki Roti

I'm going to tell about the simple Roti which is known as Dibba roti or Crispy Uttappam. Roti literally means bread and dibba means plumps. Even in Karanataka, they will do this dish which is called as “AKKi ROTI”. Basically this is the kind of dosai, but it is a thick one in which we will add onion, jeera and even soaked channa dal.
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice,
  • 1 bunch curry leaves chopped,
  • 1 bunch curry leaves,
  • 1tsb cumin seeds,
  • 5 green chillies,
  • 1 small ginger,
  • 1 big onion,
  • 1 cup urad dal.
Preparation of Dibba Roti or Crispy Uttappam 0r Akki Roti:
To make batter, you need to soak 1 cup of urad dal i.e.., black gram and 1 cup of rice. Allow it to soak for whole night. Add ginger, green chilly and salt and grind it into thick course paste. When a batter is ready add chopped onions, cumin seeds and chopped curry leaves.
As this batter is thick in paste, we are not going to use the spoon or cup to pour it. Now pour some oil in the non stick pain. Take the batter and put it in the center and spread it in the pan with your hands. Make sure that you wont burn your hands. If you want to get it more crispy, then you can make small holes in between. Oil will make it fry well. You can even spread it with spoon but it will make the uneven texture. Once the top part gets cooked, turn it over . Here the crispy dibba roti is ready to serve. You can eat this Dibba roti with coconut chutney or ginger chutney or any pickle at home.

Basic Kara Boondi

I'm going to tell you about how to make a basic Boondi. Boondi are available in different kinds and with different names. Firstly let's now what are they known in different names: KaraBoondi, motichur boondi, masala boondhi. They are different kinds of dishes in this boondhi. They are listed as following: sweet boondhi, bellam boondi, Ankur boondhi.
Firstly, let's know how to prepare basic boondhi. For preparing this dish:
· you need a boondhi laddle which will consist of holes, it allows to drop the batter drop by drop. You can find different models of doondi laddle. This kind of boondhi plate is specially designed for this boondhi.
· one more modern available is that where it contains small holes and it is used to for preparing mothi chur boondhi.
· One more basic kind of stainer that we use for preparing this boondhi. In most of the houses, they use this kind of ladle. You can even use this doondi ladle, for preparing them. Below is the image of the basic doondhi ladle:
When you go to a store and ask for the basin, at the time you can able to find two different types available such as: fine besan and ladoo besan. Ladoo basin is a fine Couse of powder. But for preparing this we are going to take the basic fine besan.
Ingredient:

  • 2 springs curry leaves,
  • to taste red chilli powder,
  • 1/2 cup peanut,
  • oil for deep frying,
  • 1 cup besan flour,
  • water as needed.
  • salt to taste,
For preparing Basic Boondhi:
Take basic fine besan into bowl, add some water and make it into a thick paste so that no lumps are formed. ( If you add more water into it, it may form lumps. So, avoid adding more water into it.). Now add some more water and make it into a pouring consistency. Add little amount of oil and it helps you to get a perfect kara boondhi.
We cannot say that now you are batter is ready for preparing the boondhi or not. Before that let's check out by using a small technique whether the batter is ready for preparing or not. This will be a great answer for the people who want to know ”Who to check the batter for boondi”.
Technique for checking the batter for boondhi:
Now just deep the sharp end of this spoon into the batter and just put one drop of batter into the oil from the height of 6 to 8 inches. If it takes lots of time for dropping into the oil, which means that it is a disaster batter. It is not good. So we need to add some more water into it. And again Dipper spoon and just drop the batter drop by drop from the spoon. If a droplet is dropping faster than it is the perfect consistence. See that you want that too much of water.
Now you can drop the batter with the help of the boondhi ladle. Now take the fried curry leaves and peanuts and add chilli powder and salt according to your taste. Now make it into a powder and just makes it into the boondhi. Now it is really too serve.
You can even prepare doondhi Raita with this.

Bisi Bele Bhath - Brinjal

Do you know how to prepare Bisi Bele Bhath. Today I'm going to tell about how to prepare this wonderful dish. It is a simple dish and one of my favourite dishes too. Bisi Bele Bhath means hot lentil cooked rice. This rice is cooked by using the lots of spices and vegetables. Especially, brinjal is really very important for preparing this dish. This is one of the nutritious foods which are good for your health. You can see that, this is been cooked in Maharashtra, Chennai and many other areas.
Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, radish, shalots, tomatoes, drum sticks, onions)
  • 1 Tsp Cumin seeds or some use fennel
  • 2 Tsp Broken cashew nuts
  • 2 Cardamoms
  • 1Tsp Chana Dal
  • 1 inch piece Cinnamon
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 Tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 4 Dry red chillis
  • Few springs few curry leaves
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Pinch Hing (Asafetida)
  • 20 grams Tamarind juice
  • 1 tbsp Dessicated coconut
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • 1tsp Urad Dal
  • 1 to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 cup Toor dal
Preparation method of Bisi Bele Bhath:
Next coming to the preparation method, add three tablespoon of oil, mustard seeds, jeera, red chilies, broken cashew, small pieces of onions, curry leaves, green chilli, pinch of hing. You can even add all the vegetables along with brinjal, pinch of Turmeric, soaked toor Dal. Now add the rice and enough water to it. Cover it with a lid and let it boil till the rice is cooked, dal is smashed up and vegetables cook well.
In the meantime, we can prepare the spice powder for Bisi Bele Bhath. For preparing spice powder, you need to dry roast some of the ingredients which are as following: take a pan, add dry red chilies, fenugreek seeds, pinch of mustard, whole garam masala( cloves, elachi, cardamom), dhanya (coriander seeds), Chana Dal, urad dal, finely chopped coconut pieces. Here you don't need to add any oil to it, as you're going to dry roast it. When they get slight golden colour remove it from the flame and grind it into a coarse paste.
When the rice is three fourth cooked, at the time you can add this tomato pieces, salt, spice powder and Tamarind juice. Tamarind juice can be added according to you. Just garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it to your family. You can serve them with the Kara boondi and curd raita.

Sarva Pindi spicy rice Flour pancake

Today I'm going to tell about the traditional dish which is known as “Sarva Pindi spicy rice Flour pancake”. Your grandmother’s might know about this wonderful dish. Serva means “dish and pindi means “dough”. This will even very easy to cook because it can be made just within 7 min. And it would be a great this during the morning. This is a dyeing dish from Andhra Pradesh especially from Telangana region. Below are the ingredients which are needed for preparing this rice flour pancake.
Ingredients:

  • 250grams Rice flour
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup Channa dal
  • 1 bunch curry leaves
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3 number Green chillies
  • Oil as needed
  • 1 number onion
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • as needed water
  • as needed salt
Preparation Method of Sarva Pindi Spicy Rice Flour Pancake:
To make this dish, you need to soak Channa dal for 30 min. Just drain the water and takes channa dal. After this, add onions, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, sesame seeds, chopped curry leaves, chopped green chilies and salt to Channa dal. Mix all this together, and add rice flour and make it into dough. It must be soft enough.
In a pan, pour two tablespoon of oil and place the big dough. Apply little oil to your hands and press it. Always use nonstick pan for preparing this dish. See that it just won't be cracked at the edges if it happens then just press it. Just put small holes on this dough all over. This holds will help in oil to come out of it and allows cooking. And just a few drops of only two It., Then cover it with a lid and cook it on low flame. This will help in cooking faster. Just allow it to cook on one side and then you can remove it from the flame and serve to your family. You can make this dish tastier with any pickle.

Hyderabadi chicken biryani in Pressure Cooker

When you listen are word: Hyderabadi chicken biryani, you will start watering in your mouth. When you go out for a restaurant, at the time you will surely order for this Hyderabadi biryani because it is really delicious to taste. If you're interested in making this restaurant Hyderabadi chicken biryani at home, then you can use the recipe which is described below. Even I tried this and got success. Now I can prepare my chicken biryani on my weekend to make it special. Preparing this biryani is also very simple and easy.
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sliced onion,
  • 500 kg chicken.
Chicken Marination:
1/2 tea spoon coriander powder,
1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder,
1/2 cup thick yogurt,
1/2 tea spoon cumin powder,
2 tbl spoon chopped mint leaves,
1/2 tea spoon ginger paste,
1/2 tea spoon garlic paste,
3 green chillies,
3 tbl spoon chopped coriander leaves,
4 cloves powdered,
1″ cinnamon powder,
Salt.
For Rice:

  • 1/2 tea spoon green chilli paste,
  • 1/2 tea spoon garlic paste,
  • 1 and 1/2 cups basmati rice,
  • 1/2 tea spoon ginger paste,
  • 1/4 cup onion,
  • 3 cups water,
  • 2 cloves,
  • 1″ cinnamon,
  • 2 cardamom,
  • 2 bay leaves,
  • 1/4 tea spoon turmeric,
  • Ghee,
  • Salt.
Preparation Method of Hyderabad Chicken Biryani:
Add the above marinade ingredients to chicken pieces and let it soak for 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator. At the same time, fry the onions and keep it aside.
Now heat oil/ ghee and add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, green chilli paste, turmeric, on in, ginger garlic paste for a few minutes. Now you can add rice into it and try it for 2 to 3 min. Now add water and salt to the rice. For preparing this Hyderabad biryani, you can use the traditional drain process for cooking rice. So for this process, you need to add more amount of water and drain it when the rice is 80% cooked. You can remove it from the flame when the rice is cooked 80%. A common doubt that raises in everyone's heart is that, how to know whether the rice is cooked or not??? For that take one green and just press it with your finger nail. You can feel that it is little harder and still grainy.
You can prepare this Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani in Pressure Cooker:
Apply Ghee on the bottom of the pan and add marinated chicken. Now spread some 80% who could rice on the marinated chicken. Next you can put some marinated chicken again. And again on the top you can place some rice. Like this you can arrange alternatively one on the other. With this you can cook both chicken as well as rice. On the top you can garnish with the fried onions and coriander leaves. And close the pressure cooker with a lid. When you get a single whistle, make it into the same and immediately after is now within 2 to 3 min. Now you can surf the hot Hyderabad chicken biryani for your family and enjoy it. You can make this dish more tastier with Mirchi Ka Salan or bagara baingan.

Mooli paratha Raddish paratha

Today I'm going to tell about the excellent dish which is known “Mooli Paratha” . Mooli means reddish, usually there are two ways to prepare this dish.
Ingredients:

  • 2 number Radish,
  • 1/2 tsb red chilli powder,
  • 1 pinch of amchur powder,
  • 1 bunch coriander powder,
  • pinch of cumin powder,
  • 2 number green chillies,
  • 1/2 tbs oil,
  • salt as per taste,
  • 1 cup of wheat,
First method: a pinch of salt, amchur powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder, coriander leaves, Finely chopped green chilies to finely grated radish. And makes it well. Take the radish and squeeze out the water.
Second method: in the second method, here you can able to take the radish and other ingredients (salt, amchur powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder, coriander leaves, Finely chopped green chilies, radish). And this ingredients into a pan and allow to cook it. It is a nonstick pan for this process and let it slowly.
And one cup of regular atta and one tablespoon of oil. And you can use the water that is squeezed after from the radish and add some water. Make a dough, which is either soft nor too hard. Just cover it for 15 min, and then you can prepare small chapatis. Place the body a mixture at the centre of the chapati and cover it from four sides. Just slowly roll it has chapati.
Take a pan and let it get heated. Love you can fry the Paratha slowly by applying the butter or Ghee on both sides.
You can serve this special Raddish paratha, with only an onion Raith.

How to prepare:
Beat the egg properly with required milk. Now add maida, sugar, soda, salt and make the mixture like you prepare for dosa. Now add butter on the roast pan and let it get heated. Once it is heated, use this mixture to prepare dosa. Hot sweet Egg dosa is ready now!!!

  • Briyani Rice – 250 gm,
  •  Red Chilli Pepper – 2, 
  • Butter or Ghee – 1 tablespoon, 
  • Cabbage – 50 gm, 
  • Egg -6, 
  • Coriander leaves (cut into small pieces) 
  • Salt- as per required,
  • Curry leaves,
  •  Carrot – 50 gm.
  •  Onion - 4

How to prepare:
Beat the egg with Pepper powder and salt and keep the mixture aside. Put the roast pan and then pour ghee or butter. Once it is heated pour the egg mixture as omelette until it is slightly golden brown. Now slice the omelette in the length of your finger and keep aside. Now chop the cabbage, carrot, onion and red chilli pepper. Take the pan and add ghee/ butter. Add the carrot, cabbage and red chilli pepper and then slightly fry. After that add onion, coriander leaves and curry leaves and keep frying. Boil and keep the white rice add. Now add white rice to the pan and then mix well and then close the pan for few minutes. Now serve the Omlette rice!!!

Egg Potato Fry

Cut onion and potato into pieces with 1 inch thickness. Beat the egg and keep it aside. Take the pan and add oil to it. Once oil is heated, add potato and keep frying. Then add chopped onion and keep frying until it turns into golden brown. Now add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder to it. Now pour the beaten egg into the pan. Now keep frying until the egg sticks at the top of potatoes and then serve it. You can now taste the egg potato fry.

How to prepare:
Beat the egg with milk and sugar and keep the mixture aside. Apply butter on the bread slices. Heat the roast pan and put butter on it. Once the pan is heated, dip the bread on the mixture in such a way that both sides of bread are get wetted by this mixture and then put it on the pan. After the oil is heated, use the mixture to put egg vada. Egg Vada is ready for you!!!

Now on the maida, add egg and mix it well. Keep adding cheese, curd, cashew nut, chilli and curry leaves and coriander leaves and beat the mixture again. Add water and salt as per requirement and the mixture must be thick. Take the pan and pour oil as required. After the oil is heated, use the mixture to put bonda. Serve it hot!!!

Egg- 4, Onion(big) – 2, Tomato -2, Chilli Powder – 2 tablespoon, Turmeric Powder -½ tablespoon, Garlic – 4, thick coconut milk – ¼ cup, Oil – 1 spoon and salt as per requirement.
How to prepare:
Boil the egg and remove the shell. Cut into pieces as per your wish and keep aside. Chop onion and tomatoes into small pieces. Smash garlic. Take the pan and add oil to it. Add Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin seeds and then add chopped onion and fry them for 1 minute. Now add tomatoes and smashed garlic to it. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and start frying. Add coconut milk after everything is cooked properly. After adding coconut milk, it will start to form as gravy. Now add the egg pieces and remove the pan immediately. Egg Chops is a good combination for Sambar rice!!!

Ingredients needed:

Dry Fish – 100 gms, Tomato – 1, Onion (small) – 50 gms, Garlic – 10, Red chilli – 10, Coconut – 2 pieces, Turmeric powder – as required, Cooking Oil and Salt – as per requirement, Cumin seeds.

How to prepare:

Wash dry fish properly with fresh water. Chop onion, tomato and garlic into small pieces. Take red chilli, coconut, cumin seeds, salt and prepare a paste and keep it aside. Now take the pan and add oil, Fenugreek seeds, Cumin seeds and fry it for few seconds. Now add chopped onion, tomato, turmeric powder, garlic and then keep frying. PAN SAUCE CHICKEN RECIPE

Chicken leg pieces-3

Ginger garlic paste-1tsp

Turmeric Powder-1tsp

Green chillies-3

Tomato-2(pureed)

Soya sauce-1tsp

Oil to fry the pieces

Method:

Take 3tsp of oil in a pan and let it heat, meanwhile take a bowl and marinade the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder and little salt. Once the oil is heat insert all the marinated chicken pieces in the panand close the lid and cook it on a medium flame. Let the pieces fry untill they get dry and hard texture then turn onto the other side of it and let them cook the same all around. On the other flame keep one more pan and heat 2tsp of oil. Once the oil is heat fry the onions, green chillies and add tomato puree to it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on a low flame.Once the puree gets boiling layer then pour this mixture into the chicken pieces pan andlet the chicken cook in the puree sauce for 2minutes so that they will get the exotic sour flavour now add little salt ( be careful while using salt becauce soya sauce contains salt add accordingly to enjoy the dish) and mix the corn flour in little water and add it to the pureed chicken stirring continuosly and finally add soya sauce and let the gravy become thiker then take it off from the pan and garnish with the coriander, curry leaven fried in little oil and serve hot as a snack or have it with roties.

Now slightly sprinkle water into the pan as required. Add the prawn and then start frying. Once the prawn is cooked add the lemon juice. Clean and wash Prawn in fresh water. Cut the onion straightly. Now with the prawn add turmeric powder and salt and keep the mix separately. Cut tomatoes into small pieces. Cut chilli in middle and smash Garlic. Now take the pan and pour oil, and then put the cumin seeds, curry leaves, onion, chilli, tomato and garlic. Slightly fry all these things. Pour the prawn mixture to the pan and then add water as required and allow it to get cooked. The water will be no more found once the prawn is cooked well. Pour the lemon juice on the prepared prawn. Now add rice to this mixture and stir well. Add ghee at the end and stir once again. Add carrot, beans pieces at end. Now you have the Prawn Rice ready!!!

Preparation Method for Mixed Vegetable Fry:

Chop all the vegetables into small pieces and boil them by pouring ¼ cup of water. Add a pinch of salt while boiling. After boiling drain excess water and transfer the contents into a bowl. Add pepper, salt and rice flour in the bowl and mix well. Keep the content aside for ten minutes.

After ten minutes take a thick bottomed vessel and pour oil in it. Once it is heated, take the vegetable and dip them in the bread crumps and drop them in the oil. Repeat the same for all the vegetables and fry them well.

Take a plate and put the fried vegetables in it. Add five drops of lemon juice in the vegetable fry. Garnish the vegetable fry with finely chopped coriander leaves. The mixed vegetable fry is now ready to be served hot. This dish is very healthy and would be an ideal dish for evening snacks.

Preparation Method for Pepper Chicken Fry

Cut the chicken into small pieces and wash it thoroughly in flowing water. Drain all the water and add pepper powder to the chicken. Add milk to the corn flour and make it into a paste. Add the paste to the chicken. Batter the eggs well and add them to the chicken. Add the chili powder and salt to the content and mix well. Leave the chicken aside for ½ hour. The chicken needs to be soaked in the masala well.

After half an hour take a thick bottomed vessel and put it on the flame. Add oil (enough oil to deep fry the chicken pieces) to the vessel. Once the oil gets heated, drop the chicken pieces in it and fry well in low flame. After frying the chicken pieces, place them in an oil pulling paper. Similarly fry all the chicken pieces.

Take a non – stick tawa and add two table spoons of butter in it. Add the curry leaves and finely chopped green chilies in it. Fry them well, till the curry leaves change color. Take the content and place them in the pepper chicken fry. Now the pepper chicken fry is ready to be served.

Basmati Rice – 4 Cups

Carrot – 1 cup

Beans – 1 cup

Preparation Method for Vegetable Biriyani:

Take a thick bottomed pressure cooker and add oil to it. Once the oil gets heated add the finely chopped onions to it and fry well. Along with it add the finely chopped green chilies and tomato. Fry the content well. Add the curry leaves to the pressure cooker and mix well. After two minutes add the ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Add the finely cut carrot, beans, potato and peas and mix well. Add one cup of water to the content. Add salt and turmeric to the content. Grind the mint leaves and add the paste to the content and mix well.

Wash the basmati rice separately and drain the excess water. To the content add eight cups of water and add the washed rice to it. Mix the content well and close the lid. Leave it in the flame for few three minutes. After three minutes remove the pressure cooker from the flame and transfer the contents to another bowl and mix well. The vegetable biriyani is ready to be served hot. This would taste great with onion raita.

Preparing method for Wheat Payasam

Take one cup of wheat kernels and boil it in one cup of water. Bring the content to a semi solid state and keep it aside. Take a thick bottomed pan and pour two cups of milk in it and bring it to boil. Add the semi solid wheat kernels in it and mix well. After two minutes add one cup of sugar to it and mix well.

In another frying pan add two table spoons of ghee and once it is heated add the cashews and raisins and fry well. Fry the content till the cashews turn brown. Add the fried content to the boiling wheat content and mix well. Add one table spoon of elachi powder and mix well.

Remove the content from the flame and serve hot. This is a healthy payasam since it contains wheat. Wheat is a good source of energy and children would love to eat this kind of sweet wheat payasam. This would be a different payasam when compared to rice and semiya payasam and one can prepare this payasam with in few minutes.

Carrot – 250 Gms

Milk – 4 Cups

Preparation Method for Healthy Carrot Halwa

Take the carrots and remove the skin. Later grate it well and boil in a pressure cooker by pouring four glasses of water. Let it boil for four minutes. After four minutes put off the flame and wait for the pressure to go down. Remove the lid and check whether the carrot has boiled well. Take four cups of milk and boil it well.

In the same pressure cooker pour the boiled milk and mix well. Add two cups of sugar and mix the content well in low flame. Take 4 elachi and powder it well. Add the powder to the content and mix well.

In a frying pan add one table spoon of ghee and add the cashews and badam. Fry it well. After two minutes remove it from the flame and put it in the carrot mixture and mix well. After two minutes put off the flame. Now the delicious and healthy carrot halwa is ready to be served. As opposed to other halwas this carrot halwa contains less fat, since we are using only one table spoon of ghee.

This dish would taste great with chapattis, rotis and veg biriyani. This would be a different kind of raita and children would like to eat it. Both cucumber and curd are cooling agents they help in reducing the heat in the body.

Preparation Method for Corn Peas Bread Rolls

Take one cups of corn and one cup of peas and boil them well by pouring one cup of water. Drain excess water and leave it aside. Take a deep frying pan and pour oil in it. Add one spoon of ginger garlic paste to the pan and mix well. Add the chili powder, garam masala, pepper powder and salt to the content and fry well.

Add the rice powder to the pan and ¼ cup of water to the content in the pan. After two minutes add the boiled corn and peas to the pan and mix well. The content should be solid, hence do not pour too much of water. After two minutes remove the pan from the flame.

In a shallow frying pan add one table spoon of ghee and fry both sides of the bread after removing the sides. Later take the corn peas content and make them into small balls and spread it across the bread. Take two table spoon corn powder and add one table spoon of water to it and make it a paste.

After spreading the corn peas masala in the bread roll the bread and paste the edges of the bread using the corn powder paste. Now the Corn peas Bread rolls are ready to be served. This would be a very good evening snack and it could be has with tomato sauce. This dish has the goodness of bread, corn and peas.

Carrot – 2 (Medium Sized)

Soya – 50 Gms

Onion – 1 (big)

Preparation Method for Carrot Soya Masala

Soak the soya in boiling water for fifteen minutes. Later drain the water and squeeze the soya and leave it aside. Finely chop the onions and green chilies. Make a paste of ginger and garlic. Remove the skin of the carrot and grate it well. Make a paste of the tomatoes and keep it aside.

Take a thick bottomed vessel and add two table spoons of butter in it. Add the finely chopped onions to it and salute well. Later add the green chilies and fry well. Add the ginger garlic paste to the content and mix well. Add the tomato paste and mix well. Add salt. Add the chopped mint leaves. Also add the pepper powder and mix well.

Now add the grated carrot to the content and slow down the flame. After three minutes add the soya (drained and squeezed) and mix well. Mix the content well and put off the flame after five minutes.

Take a flat bowl and transfer the content into it. Add the coriander leaves and garnish the dish. This dish has the goodness of carrot and soya. This would be a very good side dish for chapattis, rotis and even rice.

Brinjal Bajji

Brinjal – 5 Nos

Gram Flour – 1 cup

Corn Flour – 1 cup

Chili powder – 1 Tea spoon

Preparing method for Brinjal Bajji

Take the brinjal and cut them horizontally into thin pieces. In a flat bowl take 1 cup of gram flour, 1 cup of corn flour,1/4 cup of rice powder and mix them well by pouring water. Add 1 tea spoon of chili powder and salt to the content. Mix the content well.

The mixture should not be too loose or too hard. Take a single piece of brinjal and dip it in the flour content. In a deep frying add oil and heat it well. After dipping the brinjal in the flour content dip it in the bread crump’s. Both sides of the brinjal should be rubbed against bread crump’s. Now drop the brinjal in the oil and fry it well. Repeat the same for all the brinjal pieces.

Take an oil paper and put all the brinjal bajjis in it. This paper will absorb the excess oil in the bajjis. Now the brinjal bajji is ready to be served. This bajji could be served with coconut chutney or with tomato sauce.
