I am going to tell about the best dish with which you can have a nice and healthy day. It consists of all the healthy ingredients like milk and egg. Preparing this dish is also very simple and easy.It just takes 5 to 10 minutes for preparing this bread masala. If your kid don’t eat the healthy products like milk and egg, then you can prepare this and give them. It is called with different names like Egg masala bread, Masala Bread, egg bread and many others.
Ingredients:
- 10 slice of breads,
- 4 eggs
- 250ml milk,
- Salt to taste,
- 1/2 tbs Pepper powder,
- 1/2 table spoon chilly powder,
- 3 number chilly,
- curry leaves,
- Coriander leaves,
Preparation method of Milk Bread Masala:
The process is very simple, just take milk in a bowl, beat the egg and add it into the milk. Now mix them will. Now add the other ingredients like pepper pdr, chilly pdr, finely chopped chilly, curry leaves and coriander into it. Finally add the salt to taste. stir them well.
Keep the dosa pan on the stove and let it heat. After that you can dip the bread into the milk masala (or) egg masala and put it on the pan. When it gets cooked now just toast the bread on other side by dropping few drops of oil on it.
Now you can serve this tasty and soft milk bread masala to the guest.
