Chicken Tandoori is one of the wonderful dish and Hyderabad. If you use to this tandoori chicken at Hyderabad the taste of the dish lasts in your tongue. While preparing this dish you don't need to use much oil so it is even healthier than compared to the other dishes.


Ingredients for Chicken Tandoori:

  • 1 piece Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 table spoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 table spoon turmeric
  • 1 table spoon Cumin Seed Powder
  • 1 table spoon garam masala pdr
  • 1 table spoon kastoori methi (dry fenu greek leaves)
  • 1 table spoon Peppercorns pdr
  • 1 table spoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 table spoon red color
  • 1 table spoon Salt
  • 1 table spoon Coriander Powder
  • 2 table spoon oil
  • 6 number chicken legs
  • 6 table spoon Yogurt



Preparation Method of Tandoori Chicken:
when you bring this chicken leg piece from the store, if you ask them they will just have a small cuts on it. By using this you can able to apply the masala into the chicken. This will bring you were more tasty and wonderful dish.
Marination for Tandoori chicken:
take a bowl, add chilli powder, salt, lemon juice. Take this marination and just grab on the cuts of chicken pieces. This will nicely get into the tandoori chicken. Now keep this marination a side.
Take a bowel, put some yougurt( one tablespoon of good for one chicken piece), ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt, pepper powder, fenugreek leaves powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, lime juice. Mix this mixture well. Just add a few drops of red color. put the chicken pieces into the marination and mix well. Just add a few drops of oil into it. This will help in getting a nice layer of the top. Always use thick yougurd if not you are marination will become more liquid.
Now you need to cook this tandoori chicken in the oven. Firstly you need to prepare the bed for this tandoori with carrot or other vegetables. because the water will drop down and it won't disturb chicken.
Firstly you need to preheat the microwave over up to 300 to 400F by putting this chicken. It almost takes to the minutes to cook. Now your delicious tandoori chicken is ready to serve.
