VEGETABLE CUTLET
Ingredients for Vegetable Cutlet
Take vegetables like carrot, beans, peas, potato, cabbage and boil it. Take the boiled vegetables and mash it and take it in to a cup.
Onion- 2,
Green Chilli - 2,
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon,
Chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon,
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon,
Bread slice -1,
Coriander leaves - a small bunch,
Rusk powder - 1 tablespoon,
salt needed quantity
Refined Oil.
How to make Vegetable Cutlet (Preparation Method) :
In a pan put 3 teaspoons of oil and heat. Then add onion, green chili and fry it. Then add mashed vegetables, turmeric powder. Chilli powder, salt and sauté it. Dip the bread slice in water and drain. Add the drained bread slice in to the saluted one. Add lemon juice and make it round and then flat it and put it in Rusk powder. Then roast the cutlet in Tava by pouring oil in two sides.
Easy, yummy cutlet ready.
