Ingredients for hyd biryani:
- 500 gm chicken,
- 4 cloves,
- 2 cinnamom,
- 6 cardamoms,
- 3 elachi,
- half tablespoon of ginger garlic paste,
- half bunch of mint leaves,
- half bunch of coriander leaves,
- 4 to 5 chilli pieces,
- 2 cup of basmati rice,
- two tablespoon of curd,
- one big onion
- Salt to taste
- 4 cups of water
preparation method of simple hyd biryani:
simple biryani can be prepared just with an 10 min because it is cooked with little ingredient.
Take a pressure cooker put it on a stove. Add 2 to 3 tablespoon of oil. Now you can add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, elachi and cook it. Now you can add the washed onions, chilli pieces, coriander and mint leaves. Cook it well for 5 min and you can get a fine smell out of it. Half tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and stir well.
Add chicken pieces and curd into it and cook it for 5 to 10 min. Now you can add the soaked basmati rice into it and let the rice get fry. Pour 4 cups of water into it with salt has put the taste. Put 2 to 3 drops of oil and close the pressure cooker with its lid. Wait until 2 to 3 vessel and switch off the stove. When the pressure goes out you can open the cooker and serve it hot with curd chutney or bagara baingan.
