Onam is one of the very important festival in Kerala. In Kerala people used to prepare some food during Onam which is very much essential for that day. That recipe is Rice Puttu. Usually puttu will be made through steam. So it is good for our digestive system. This kind of puttu is very tasty and easy to prepare. You can get puttu maker in the market to make any kind of puttu.
Ingredients
Coconut - 2 to 3 cups
Rice Flour - 4 to 5 cups
Salt - To taste

How to make Rice Puttu
Boil some water in Puttu pan.
Mix up the rice flour with salt Water
Fill it in the Puttu container
Cook for 15 mins in medium flame.
Serve with Coconut
