If you don't have a food which is really healthy, then it is must to add kothmir in your food. kothmir is called as coriander in English. You can able to prepare check me with this coriander leaves and have it as a side dish for dosai or you can even have it with rice. Now let's learn how to prepare this delicious and wonderful dish.
Ingredients:
half tablespoon of mustard seeds,
half tablespoon of urad dal,
5 to 6 curry leaves,
one bunch of washed coriander leaves,
2 to 3 pieces of coconut,
Little turmeric,
preparation method of coriander chutney:
preparing this dish is really very easy, firstly you need to soak coriander leaves into the water so that it does not contain any mud. Let it dry for a few minutes. Now you can add all the ingredients such as coconut pieces, coriander, coconut pieces and try it for 5 min. When it gets cool down when you can take it into a grinder and make it into a fine paste.
Now  switch on the stove and put kadai. add 2 to 3 tablespoon of oil along with mustard seeds,urad dal, curry leaves and fry it will. Now you can add this mixture into the grinder paste. This is a wonderful chutney which can go on with idly, dosai or rice.
