Ingredients for preparing brinjal pulusu:
  • 1 big onion
  • 1/2 urad dal
  • big lemon size tamarind juice
  • 5 brinjal
  • 1/2 mustard seeds
  • 3 chilies
  • 4 to 5 curry leaves
Preparation process of vankaya pulusu:
for preparing this dish, you need to cut brinjal and soak it in water for 15 minutes.
For preparing this vankaya pulusu, firstly take the pressure cooker add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, Curry leaves, chilli pieces, onions and fry it well until onions become transparent.
Add bring jobs into it. Pour sufficient amount of tamarind juice into it and close the pressure cooker with the lid. When cooker gets first whistle then put it on sim, after two whistle remove it from the flame and serve it.

Mudda Pappu is one of the simple and wonderful dish and Andhra Pradesh. It just takes five minutes of time to prepare this dish. It is also called as Paruppu in Tamil.
Ingredients for preparing Pappu:
  • 1 cup Toor Dal,
  • pinch of turmeric powder.
  • 2 cups of water.
  • Salt to taste
Preparation process of Mudda papu:
take a pan and dry roasted for few minutes. Then put this Toor Dal into the pressure cooker, add water and pinch of turmeric to it. Close the pressure cooker and wait until 5 to 6 whistle. 
Always remember that the salt must be added at the end. It is rich in protein so it is healthy to eat. The side dish for this mudda papu would be vankaya pulusu.

Now I'm going to tell about a wonderful snack which is very popular in India. You already might have heard about Crispy Aloo Samosa which is very easy to prepare. For preparing this wonderful Potato Samosa at  home. You need to get some ingredients like listed below:
INGREDIENTS:-
For samosa sheets:
  • 3 cups of maida
  • 3 tsps of oil 
  • 1/4 tbs of carom seeds or ajwain
  • salt to taste
  • water
For the stuffing:
  • 2 potatoes boiled and diced
  • 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp tumeric
  • coriander powder
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • cumin powder
  • 2 to 3 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tbs of red chilly powder
  • 1 spoon of chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 to 3 spoons of lime juice
  • salt to taste 
PREPARATION OF ALOO SAMOSA:
firstly, learn how to prepare dought for alu samosa.
  • Take maida into a bowel and add ajwain seeds, salt and oil. Mix it well, so that each flour great will be coated with the oil and gives the crunchiness. Now you can add water little by little and kneading properly. Let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
Potato Stuffing for Aloo Samosa:
  • take a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, cashew and turmeric. Mix it well and let it cook for a few minutes and then you can and red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. Add a little amount of water so that the masala won't get burned.
  • Take the diced potatoes and mix it into the masala, had little more salt, coriander leaves and sprinkle lemon juice. This is a kind of stuffing which is really spicy and delicious.
Potato Samosa:
  • prepare small balls of dought and roll them into oval shape. Cut that into two halves apply. Take one half of the oval dought and apply water on all edges.
  • Bend it in canter and taking other and overlapping. Now you can find the cone shape of your dought. Fill it with the stuffing and seal the edges.
  • Let the oil get heated up and try those samosa until it gets golden brown in colour.
  • If you serve this wonderful dish with tomato sauce, it will be very good for evening snack.
