Red Banana - 1 (Big)

Milk - 4 Cups

Honey - ½ cup

Ice Cubes - As per requirement

Elachi - 2 Nos

Preparation method for Red Banana Milk Shake:

Boil 4 cups of milk and leave it to cool. Take a red banana and cut it into small pieces and grind it well in a mixer. Add the milk to the mixer and grind well. Add half cup of cup to it and mix well. Remove the content from the jar and place it in a bowl.

Add a pinch of elachi powder to the content and stir well. Add ice cubes to the content. Now the red banana milk shake is ready to be served.

This milk shake is very healthy since it has the goodness of red banana which has the highest iron content and milk. Adding honey to the milk shake instead of sugar will result in fewer calories. Also honey is very good for body and it is found to have healing effects in the body. Generally many children will refuse to eat fruits, but if they are given in the form of milk shakes - children would love it. This milk shake can be prepared in few minutes and will be a good thirst quencher.
