stuffed chilly bajji is one of the wonderful dish which is really very hot and spicy. This dish is prepared with large chilly. This dish mostly seen in Hyderabad. It is an excellent snack or appetizer during the evening. Some people love to use stuffing in between the chilly which will enhance the taste for avoiding more spiciness.
Ingredients needed for Mirapakaya Bajji:

  • 5 large chilly,
  • one tablespoon chilli powder,
  • salt to taste,
  • 1 cup of besan flour (Gram flour, kadala mavu, senaga pindi).
  • 3 to 4 tablespoon of maida.
  • Pinch of cooking soda.
  • Some people love to have stuffing into the chilly with which they can able to avoid the spiciness.
Preparation method of stuffing for Mirchi :
for this, you need to grind all the ingredients like tamarind, peanuts, porikadala and salt into a fine paste without adding much water. It must be thick enough so that the stuffing won't come out.
Preparation method of milagai bajji:
preparing mirchi, it's really very simple and it just takes 5 min for preparing it. Some of them even call this dish as besan flour bajji,  Gram flour vada, kadala mavu pakoda, senaga pindi bajji.
If you're interested in stuffing in between chilly, then you can cut the chilly at the Centre and place the stuffing which is listed above.
For Preparing it take a bowl, add besan flour, maida, chilly powder, salt and mix it well with the little quantity of water. See that the mixture won't be much liquid or solid. It must be semi-gravy. If you let it soak for 15 to 20 min, then you may get a best bajji. Now you can add cooking soda into it.
Take a pan, take oil into it. When oil gets heated up at the time you can just get the chilly into the mixture and drop it into the oil. Now the tasty chilly bajji is ready to serve. You can taste it with sauce which gives awesome taste.
